The newest addition to our 2 ingredient single origin chocolate in January 2026 is from Tanzania!

 

Kokoa Kamili partners with smallholder farmers, ensuring ethical sourcing, and fair prices. It was founded with a focus on careful fermentation and drying that bring out the true character of the origin.

 

This is a bright and well layered bar which opens with vivid red fruit and citrus notes, reminiscent of cherry, and orange zest. Mid-palate you’ll find hints of brown sugar, and raisin. The finish is clean and slightly floral, with a whisper of black tea or roasted nuts.

 

Kokoa Kamili arbeitet fair mit Kleinbauern in Tansania zusammen. Sorgfältig fermentiert und getrocknet, entfaltet diese 70 % Tafel leuchtende Aromen von roten Früchten und Zitrus, Nuancen von braunem Zucker und Rosinen und einen sanft blumigen Abgang mit Hauch von Schwarztee und gerösteten Nüssen.
